ASICS 26.2: Week 4 Ends (Another PB Week)

Spread the love

Week 4 has come to an end with another personal best at the Llyn Llech Owan parkrun. What a feeling it was to knock 80 seconds off my previous time of three weeks ago (28:02). I clocked 26:42 for the course. It was cold and tough breathing, but I’ve not run that fast in a long time. Absolutely brilliant.

Anyway, here are my times and other information for last week:

Tuesday 7 January
