ASICS 26.2 – Week 7 Training Schedule

Sorry everyone, in my week of self pity I forgot to upload the week  7 schedule for those that are following (even though I could not run it). Here it is:

WEEK SEVEN w/c 27 Jan (approx 25M)

  • Mon Rest
  • Tue 5M of 1M jog, then 5 x 3 mins faster than 5km pace with 3 min jog recovery between each rep, 1M jog.
  • Wed Rest
  • Thu 3-6M easy (depending on Sunday race)
  • Fri 7M of 1M easy, 5M steady 1M jog
  • Sat Rest
  • Sun 10k to 10 mile race race 7M
