Week 2 – Snowdonia training STOPPED! #sigh #runchat #annoyed

Yip – running has stopped. Feel awful. Coughing, spluttering, runny nose, pains in my bones.

Was meant to be on the track tonight running at a faster pace for two miles but it hasn’t happened. Felt awful all day.

No idea why I’m also so tired.

Fingers crossed it passes quickly.
