Launch of ICT Steering Group’s Report to the Welsh Government

This morning I was able to attend the launch of the ICT Steering Group’s report to the Welsh Assembly Government. It was a pleasure to hear the the reaction of new Education Minister for Wales – Huw Lewis AM. Mr Lewis said the review was ““comprehensive, thought-provoking and aspirational”

The review brings to an end 8 months of work all chaired by Dr Tom Crick, Janet Hayward and Stuart Arthur.

As Tom Crick writes on his blog : [we have delivered] – “A declaration of intent for Wales, to change the profile and perception of a subject of tremendous educational and economic importance to Wales.”
