ASICS 26.2 : Week 4 Training Plan

7523_number4After a successful third week and some good miles under the belt here is my training plan for Week 4. A couple of miles less this week and you might notice no long run on the weekend. What you may also see is that I only have one rest day.

Anyhow, here it is:

WEEK FOUR w/c 6 jan (approx 21M)

  • Mon – 4M easy
  • Tue – Circuit training
  • Wed – 6M of 1M jog, then 4M at half-marathon pace (HMP) then 1M jog
  • Thu – Rest
  • Fri – 4M steady
  • Sat – Parkrun (4-5M inc warm-up/cooldown)
  • Sun – 3M easy
