Week 6 is here (where has the time gone?). The end of the week is going to be tough as I am driving to London on the Friday afternoon for the training session on Saturday with Asics. Then after a Saturday evening drive home I will have a 13 mile run on Sunday. We will see how it goes.
Anyway, here is the schedule for this week:
WEEK SIX w/c 20 Jan (approx 27M)
- Mon Rest
- Tue 6M of 1M jog, then 4 x 1 mile at at 10km pace with 3 min walk/jog then 1M jog
- Wed 3M easy
- Thu CIRCUIT TRAINING
- Fri Res
- Sat TRAINING DAY (5M approx)
- Sun 13 miles: 10 miles very easy, 3 miles easy.
There will have to be some changes – Monday (today) I went running with the new school running club. Very easy pace – but a good 2.5 miles with the kids. Kept the legs loose and moving after yesterday’s 12 miles (which hurt).
