#ASICS262 : Revised Week 10
Now that I am back into training with a Half Marathon on Sunday, Sam has provided me with a revised training schedule for Week 10. Here it is for those that read this:
Week 10 w/c 17 Feb
- Mon Physio
- Tuesday 30 mins run
- Wed Swim 45 minutes
- Thursday 10 mins walk, 4 x 10 mins consisting of 8 mins run, 2 mins walk, 10 mins walk
- Friday Circuits class if available (but go easy on the running). Otherwise, 45 mins steady cycle.
- Saturday Rest
- Sunday Walk/run half marathon. (You may want to experiment with a more frequently-changing-ratio, as advised by Chris on the forum. Or use/amend the one above.)
