On my run today I finally conquered Cwm Hill – a long winding hill in the area I live.
The first time I ran up the hill I had to stop at the top to catch my breath. Today was the second time I have tried the hill and I reached the top with legs and breath to spare. So much so that I didn’t stop and continued up the hill back to the house.
As I was running up the hill I wondered to myself if there was a special technique for running up a hill. Especially a long one.
If anyone reads this maybe they can offer some advice that will help me conquer any hill.
