Swansea 10K 2014 – A PB

Not much to write tonight about the 10k today except that I beat my 10K PB by over 4 minutes. I came through the finish with a time of 55:28 – really happy. My previous was 59:44 – so a good time.

I’ve not run a 10k event since last years Swansea 10K so I’m happy with the result considering the conditions. It was very warm today – very uncomforable but I ran it without any injury flare up or trouble.

Onwards now to Chester in two weeks and then a rest to concentrate on the Swimming.
