Nothing interesting has really happened since last Friday.
A visit to North Wales last week to watch the Wales international against France saw me run 5 miles around the Menai Bridge. It was a gorgeous area and the views off the bridge were fantastic. I was gutted to find out that the Anglesey Half Marathon was the day after and despite asking the organisers could I enter (the day before!!!) they would not allow it. Gutted really.
Music: This week has been quiet. I’ve been listening a lot to Sia – 1000 Forms of Fear and the Miami 2015 playlist on Spotify. I’ve always liked music but recently Spotify has been advising some cracking tunes and I’ve discovered quite a few artists and tunes that are added to my ‘Must Listen To…’ playlist.
Running: Llanelli Half Marathon this week and despite training, the three weeks of a cold/possible chest infection has taken it’s toll. So I’ve decided to run/walk the whole event. This is how I completed the Oulton Half Marathon back in February 2014 so I know it works. I won’t hit my Sub 2 hour target but never mind. Manchester Marathon in April is my target so 7 weeks to go to raise my game.
Swimming: I’m sure I started swimming but I’m too tired to get up in the mornings at the moment.
